How Much Do Ref's Make?

i doubt it would be very much, most of them have other occupations, plus they get to see the fights for free.

How much skill does it take to be a referee? It cannot be that much, can it? I mean, I'm sure you have to have plenty of boxing knowledge, and have plenty of experience around the ring, but, it's not like a very difficult job I imagine.

It's not easy being a referee. So many crazy things can happen. And you also have to keep your cool.

It really depends on a few factors, if it is just a local casino show, the refs make $500.00. A major title fight will bring him more, as will a televised fight....

But do well know refs make alot more?I mean **** if they are getting skimped like that they should at least be able to advertise on their bodies like fighters were.....

I was told once, anywhere from $250, to $25,000, sometimes more. And a dirty ref can make lots more, if he don't get caught.

I know NBA refs make like 100,000 a year.
