I think Hatton deserves 1 of the three options to swing his way... either less money for mayweather, Wembley, or 140(though i'm not 100% sure the weight will make too much of a difference for this fight in particular...career wise Hatton cant stay at 147).

Hatton is a more exciting fighter and a bigger draw. He should receive 60%, PBF 40%.
