This fight will be interesting evan though i am a huge ricky hatton fan and dont really like mayweather, i see this fight as a convincing points win to mayweather, it could be an easy fight. However if Ricky can get on the inside of mayweather and attack him to the body from the start it can go to hatton. Or if Rick can get mayweather to come out of his excellent defence and go toe to toe then hatton wins. Which i dont really see happening we know floyd has promised alot of excitement in his previous fights but never fulfills his promises.

You need to say its best floyd stays retired, he has already robbed the fans of alot of money, and the fight out there for Hatton has got to be Cotto which will no doubt be and exciting fight to watch with a late stoppage on the cards for either fighter. Depending on weather the fight takes place at 140 or 147.

So De La Hoya really wanted to possibly fight Ricky Hatton?

I can't help but find it a little crap Oscar likes to fight little guys so much.. I appreciate he fought Hopkins and many dangerous opponents of his size and larger - but this little guy **** is not something I can appreciate.

Hatton's excessive hugging is due to his suspect chin. Let's face it. A boxer clinches to avoid hits. He doesn't have the defensive skills a boxer should have like PBF so he hugs for sympathy. In Las Vegas Hatton will fall more than 3 times against PBF. That Mayweather accuracy and the "give nothing and take everything" fight plan equals money and a win against Pretty Ugly Ricky. Place bets then son!

Floyd is a great boxer, faster than Sugar Ray Leonard, but PBF is the biggest dork in boxing. Why? Because he hangs out with 50 cents who isn't worth a dime in my book. And I'm bigger than 50 even though he's on steroids. Also, PBF is a dork because he let Jim Lampley and Larry MErchant punk him on HBO documentary while wearing a Boyz2Men shirt. Ha! But both PBF and 50 should give me some money if they ever see me.

This fight sounds pretty interesting. After watching Hatton muscle around Castillo, I would like to see if he could do that to Floyd. I think Floyd would make it his fight and having Hatton chase while he picks him off from the outside. Hatton would have to make Floyd fight to have a chance, the thing is all have tried all have failed.

bump the entertainment ****...I would focus on the "W"...that's a hard enough job as it is let alone making the crowd go "OOOhhhh...he got knocked the F out!"

As a fan I like to see fights like Barerra vs Morales fights...but fans have to be smart enough to know it's not always gonna be like that....For the fighter the Win is the most important thing. You ever go to a football game with low scoring...but you don't care as long as your team wins?....Boxing is another sport. Win baby win.

                Mayweather beats Hatton

The fight should happen on St. Patty’s day so Floyd can wear the Irish kilt while playing the bag pipes to the ring. Should be funny as hell.

Floyd will be toying with Hatton.

Then when he beats Ricky, he should get his respect once and for all.

Forget Floyd vs Ricky. Cotto vs Hatton would be interesting to watch.
