If Hatton wins, we could just make some excuses up - maybe on the lines of "well... he just came out of retirement, he's proberbly a spent force" Yeah i think that would be a good one.
What do you reckon? Shall we all do that?Comment

Sorry for my ignorance. Who has PBF seen and overcome a Hatton before?
He does have to prove when it comes to Hatton! He has to prove he can beat him. PBF said he could beat Hatton, but that is an opinion, it is not proof!Comment

How many belts? How many WEIGHT CLASSES?
Did Hatton after his tune-up that proved to be a nightmare at 147 then in turn take on the elite at 154??? No, he turned his ass around and went back to 140.
I don't see how any of you guys with a straightface can say that Hatton is in the same league as Mayweather. I understand your disdain for Mayweather potshot style. I'm not crazy about it either, but I also don't found Hatton's "all-action" grab and hold style to be that much more appealing. In terms of excitement, Miguel Cotto is Ricky Hatton WITHOUT the holding.Comment

I would agree that PBFs resum has the edge. But as for worthy challengers out there Hatton is at the top of the list. His resume compares favourably.Comment
