I like Max Kellerman but not as a blow by blow broadcaster. Larry Merchant made the broadcasts more entertaining...

I love Lederman scoring the LA fight from AC...hilarious. Scoring off TV for the first time!

I thought Merchant's contract with HBO has expired.

They renewed it by popular demand.

              I agree, Truth.

No one can come up with better one liners at the beginning and end of the fights than Larry Merchant.

The "Where have you gone, Joe Louis.." line was probably the greatest line ever.

The "Death of a King..." when King Roy died at the hands of Glen Johnson
              was pretty good too.

Larry Merchant is the funniest dude at times. I'm with you, the one liners the beginning/end of fights are classic. Kellerman can't do that...

                  Kellerman is an idiot.

He speaks loud with his mouth wide open all over the camera, as if the audience is ******ed or baerely speak English.

It's funny, when all people wanted Larry out of here.. and were saying they are sick of this drunk old man, all of a sudden want him back.

I love Larry, classic and always the best.

                  Larry Murchant IS boxing!
