Would that silence those who frequently criticise him, or would such people be good sports and then respect him? Would a victory over Mayweather end the Hatton bashing?

I dont think the hating would ever end , they would merely try and discount the way in which hatton would won -
hatton looked good but PBF thinks he is god now it will be almost impossible to work out a agreement they both will be happy with imhoComment

Do his critics really believe Hatton is an inferior fighter, or is it just irrational hatred and jealousy?Comment

people dont like hatton because of his fighting style. he would have to stop clinching to get more respect. i think he would bully mayweather like he did castillo and clinching is the best way hatton can beat mayweather but it would be ugly.Comment

No they are just tired of hearing how he wants to fight Floyd and has yet to sign a contract turning Floyd down a few times already. Most of his so-called critics don't dislike Hatton as much as they dislike his followers who can't admit that this fight could of happened already and the blame falls on Hatton. If a contract is put together and Hatton turns down a fight again you will never hear the end of it.Comment

C'mon don't be silly if he were to actually beat PBF he would be regarded universally as a top three fighter in boxing. I don't think that nwill happen but no one can be THAT stubborn. Of course there will be the normal accusations of 'cheating', but that doesn't mean anything at all.Comment

No, there would be accusations of PBF being paid off, or being dehydrated, or being a shot fighter if Hatton ever defeated him...
The psychology of a loser: the better someone does, the more they hate him. It's because they never achieve anything themselves in life.Comment
