    Trinidad to return in January?

    Monday, June 25 2007

The Puerto Rican newspaper El Nuevo Dia is reporting that former world champion Felix Trinidad might return in January 2008. Trinidad, who will turn 35 years of age on January 10, met with promoter Don King, accompanied by vice-president Dana Jamison and Puerto Rican representative Juan Miguel González on Friday in Puerto Rico. Possible opponents DKP is looking at are Floyd Mayweather, Roy Jones Jr. and Jermain Taylor. Further talks are scheduled

He's calling out DLH. Don King knows how egotistic DLH is and with Tito saying he's interesting in Fighting everyone but him and a potential mega fight with out him.
Oscar will bite. I can't see Tito beating Floyd or Taylor at this stage of his career.

I'd give Tito a good chance with Taylor .
Pbf would run and out box him.
          He'd NEVER catch Roy .

If He Comes Back He Needs To Come Back Foreal Not Just 1 Fight Against A Champion

The papers are saying the PBF fight is the one Tito and Don King want more. He has no chance against Floyd, that would be a boring fight I'd never watch but hey that's the fight that will generate the most money so Don King is going to make that fight happen. I'm 90% sure he's coming back, this looks very similar to the 1st comeback where the rumors started flying and Don King came to PR to meet with him. The local channels have also confirmed his comeback through sources, I think he'll be back for sure.

He has a chance against Taylor if Taylor trades with him and RJJ is done but could be able to outbox him although Tito could always land a left hook and take RJJ out on a stretcher.
Tito is a PR legend...You should kill yourself and burn your Cotto t-shirt. Respect the man... He was and could still be great.

I say he should stay retired, that ship has sailed! The competition is too much for him at this point. I love tito but let's get realistic.

How can you run out of cash living in PR, there's no tax over there, thus the reason DLH lives there. If he is strapped on cash, he's ******! I hope not

that's mostly the reason why boxers or fighters make a come-back,
idk if that's the case with tito, after being inactive for so long you don't want to go out there and lose and then just blame it on being retired for so long,
if he is going to comeback he should have a tune-up fight first maybe 2
