Since Floyd is retired, I think the winner of Margarito/Williams should be considered the #1 welterweight in the world.

Um, no. They'd need to see Cotto, Mosley, and even Super Zab (who isn't finished IMO) about that. I'm not so sure that either of those two beat Zab, I can see Williams getting a win on Cotto, Margarito would, IMO, get beat by Cotto . . . and then you have Mosley, who, if he met any of them inside a year and a half could beat all the youngsters with the exception of, maybe, PBF.

So, um, yeah . . . I kinda disagree.
