PBF was until he retired.

Right now there is no clear #1 but I believe the winner of the Margarito/Williams vs Cotto fight will be universally thought of as the #1 guy unless PBF un-retires.

True, everyone has some questions that need to be answered. That's what makes the Welterweights so interesting right now.

Me too. It's hard not to go with him in the majority of the match-ups. I think that Mosley could beat him, and gave him the nod, but Floyd still came out on top for me.

Exactly why I love the WW division right now. It seems like all the top 10 WW's all have very good chances of beating each other. There are NO easy fights in the WW top 10.

There might not even be a clear #1 in 2-3 years. It might just come down to styles and all the top guys giving each other losses depending on the matchup.
