It would be a horribly one-sided fight. The best Witter that could hope for would be a wide UD loss.

Witter isn't capable of competing at anything approaching the pace that Hatton sets, he's a 25 punches per round fighter at his most active. It would be a combination of Witter running and him being dominated whenever Hatton pinned him in range.
