    Let's get to the facts

WHOA. Shane does not have a better resume than Floyd. Shane has wins over Oscar. PERIOD. Name another prime, elite fighter Shane has beaten.

Winky has a loss to Vargas.

Roy Jones has TWO KO losses - one to Glen Johnson. But I have no problem with Jones because he dominated to sure-fire HoFers. Except for his steroid use.

Evander Holyfield has losses. And a history of steroids.

Jermain Taylor has an excellent resume, and I'm all good with that.

In sum, there are not "many" fighters with a better resume than Floyd. There are a few. And those few are Canastota-bound.

Stop smoking crack. Winky, and Jermain do not have better resumes than Floyd. Evander is washed up. Floyd beat DLH. Floyd is undefeated unlike any of those guys. 5 titles in 5 different weightclasses.

Because Mayweather has no losses and is age 30 he has the best resume. Even though Jones and a couple of others have more big wins, they also have losses and are older. At age 30 they didn't have as many big wins as Mayweather. I'm not a Mayweather fan, I'm just being fair.

Mayweather is 30, and I'm talking about present. Jones was the man until he lost to Tarver, Johnson, and then Tarver again. He lost his #1 spot. Mosley lost his spot when Winky beat him twice. When someone defeats Floyd he may lose his spot.

Is he p4p? Of course not. Only a moron will pick him as a p4p seeing the list of opponents he has chosen.

Retired or not retired he isn't p4p.

Afterall, only a moron will believe he's retired.

In the past he has spoken **** words and isn't man enough to back them. So how can you trust the word of a guy who can't keep his?

              The answer is simple.

              You don't.

              It's just his excuse.
              Joart,

              This is idiotic. No offense.

If you are going to fault fighters (or any athletes) for going against "their word" (especially when it comes to retirement) then you are going to hate ALOT of guys.

Michael Jordan, Magic Johnson, Vitali Klitschko, Brett Favre, Felix Trinidad, Bernard Hopkins, Oscar Delahoya, Ricky Henderson, Roger Clemens, Bjorn Borg, martina navratilova, etc, etc. I can sit here and list them all day.

              Re real, man. Grow up.

Secondly, Floyd hasn't chosen "the coward's way". He has altered his fight style from when he was fighting guys his own size. When PBF was at 130, 135 and 140, he was a hunter. True ****in' story. He was putting the hurt on guys. Now that he is fighting guys like Baldomir and Delahoya who are 15-20 pounds bigger than he is, he fights a stick-and-move style.

PBF has two fights when he is using his gift of speed, and some of you guys lose your minds. If you were in a street fight, would you fight the big guy the same way you'd approach the little guy? Should Peyton Manning be criticized for not being a running quarterback? This makes no sense.

Tell me: How did Sugar Ray Leonard fight stronger guys? What style did he use in Duran 2 and against Hagler? MMH was saying "stop running and fight me, you little *****" to Ray IN THE RING. SRL fought the SMART fight.

Would you prefer that PBF stand in front of Baldomir the way your idol Arturo Gatti did?

What is more "cowardly": to be 149 pounds and to go fight Castillo at 140...or to be 149 pounds and go fight Oscar Delahoya at 154? Who is a more dangerous opponent: ODLH or JLC? Because if I remember correctly, Hatton got buzzed by asspaper-fisted Luis Collazo, and promptly ran back to 140.

Baldomir beat Judah, crushed Gatti and is fighting Vernon Forrest next. But somehow, PBF is "a coward" for fighting him. Yeah. Makes perfect sense.

It's OK not to "like" the guy because he is an arrogant *******. But you are a fan of a sport in which guys are trying to cause temporary brain damage to each other. If you are THAT sensitive about a guy throwing cash into the camera or bragging about himself, then the figure skating forum is over there =====>

This sounds like a post from a grown-ass man.

                Makes perfect sense.
