        They would be exhausted after one round. Their punches are probably slow as **** too, and just because they body build doesnt mean they can punch hard.

            It's generally not good for pretty obvious reasons. There have been a few guys who have done pretty well and had a muscular body though; Ibeabuchi, Lacy, Robin Reid and guys like that spring to mind.

              I know I tend to get tired sometimes when sparring.I have too much muscle,and would like to cut it down,which might make me less tired.

                Robin was not too buff, just very lean with low body fat.

                    There's a difference between having a juscular build and being a human He Man character.



                    The picture in this thread is the former. And there's a huge difference between boxing and bodybuilding training: Boxers train to hit a physical peak of fitness when they fight. Body builders boil down and dehydrate for the competition itself. These roid-monkeys are at their weakest when they look their strongest.
