Guys who lift that amount weights would be too slow and tight. Plus I've heard that lifting a lot of weights can make one tire quickly.

Those guys aren't training for strength or power. They're training for muscle shape. Any one of them could beat me in an arm wrestle but I could utterly destroy them in the ring despite them outweighing me by a lot. Why? Because I guarantee I hit harder.

Boxing has a lot more to do with it than just punching power. But even looking at just that one aspect while they are obviously strong, punching power also has to do with speed, momentum, precision, and follow through. So while someone that big could in fact be a good boxer and/or have good power in their punch, it is far from a certainty.

That being said, if one of those monsters came after me I would probably run.

Let me put it this way, if that thing grabbed me and took me down, I would probably be ****ed.

Bob Foster, Carlos Zarate, and Tommy Hearns would disagree with the theory that muscle and mass create power.
