Does a beard really give fighters an advantage..

I can't possibly see how it can be an advantage. In all my years of bouncing, I've been ktfo'd when I've had a beard and I've ktfo'd those who've had them. Its just hair.

I think it plays a role when you put vaseline on the face..
a beard retains a lot of vaseline and punches slip.. therefore making it hard to connect clean on the button
