Oh, he's probably hoping Gatti will win in impressive fashion and give him a "well-deserved" rematch

The one who is using no logic here is you. If Mayweather is beatable and DLH feels he could beat the #1 P4P fighter in the sport, why not take the rematch? Why not prove that Mayweather is beatable. A win over DLH would solidify DLH's legacy. DLH is known for fighting and losing to the best. Why not prove he can win a big fight for once? His reluctance to take the rematch shows he's just talking out of his ass...

Mayweather can't take the jab. Oscar could have won the whole fight if he used the jab in each round. Round 8 was horrendous for Floyd cuz of the jab. I guess Oscar really was injured cuz there's no other reason for him to not use it unless the defunct Gambino Crime Family had something to do with the fight.

Imo, pound for pound is sluggin it out not jab and move.

If DLH can beat Mayweather with just the jab, why not take the rematch?

I don't know. He said it's cuz Floyd wouldn't go toe to toe. I don't think Floyd would either. I personally would take the rematch, but Oscar is Oscar...

Like said before, Everyone knows Mayweather can be beaten at the weight.
Oscar said nothing in this interview that people already didn't know.

Oscar fought like an idiot on May 5th anyway.
He didn't use his height or his jab.

If you feel you could beat the best fighter in the world, would you take the fight? It's obvious DLH is just flapping his gums. He knows a rematch with Mayweather would turn out the same way the first fight did...
