your ****** for basing all your opinions of cotto on one fight

only reason zab couldnt land is because he couldnt deal with the pressure and throw any precise punches

he wasnt throwing his punches where the punches were open to be thrown

if you saw that left straight or uppercut was open all night judah just didnt throw it

really zab didn't throw enough to be impressed with cotto defense. Cotto's defense was his offensive and i don't know how that will work against marg/willaims but it will not be as great of a deturrent to let your hand go for them
I wont argue that but what does the method matter. Affective defense is affective defense whether it's through agression and offense or parrying off the ropes.

I'm not he was knocked down by Torres who's a big puncher 26ko's in 28 fights at that point in his career an undefeated power puncher. And if Judah wasn't throwing punches where you percieve they should have been thrown that is probably for a reason, such as caution, afraid to open up which would be understandable and has to be taken into account against such a devastating body puncher like Cotto.

Judah could never trade punches with Cotto.

i just think mayweather is ttoo precise with his punches vs cotto

i am highly anticipating the williams-margarito vs cotto though
i really want to see cotto get beat

to even have a chance at mayweather cotto has to go through the winner of that first

which will not be easy for him

yeah ur right but other fighters marg/williams are volume punchers which means we will be in for a delight and cotto's defense is at great risk of being exposed... i love to watch cotto but everytime i saw him i thought he was in trouble minus paul/okke(sp)/that frenchy... really when he fight them unless something changes or improves cotto is going to get tattooed back by a bigger man and probably take an L
