There's no real way of saying at this stage how good Froch is IMO. He could be world class, he could just be European level.

The only thing I can say is that he's backed it up all the way to the stage he's got, stopping a former European champ in two rounds. A guy who had been in with Howard Eastman (no slouch in the punching stakes) and gone the distance. Very heavy handed, extremely unorthodox. People who have been in the ring with him have commented afterwards that his "hands by the waist, left side completely exposed" routine is a "trap".

Extremely dedicated to the sport, lives like a monk, as others have noted, and also aggravating/hilarious in his arrogance.
