Your question is dumb. Of course Margarito is the best fighter Williams has ever faced, no one else on Paul's resume even comes close. Because like you said Margarito is at least a title-holder, and this is Paul's first title fight.

I say Clottey just because we've seen Clottey with at least one strong win to Williams' zero. With that said, this could be Paul's coming out party. Clottey was definitely on his way to an easy decision over Margarito though so until Williams does better, you have to say Clottey.
