Will Klitschko KO Brewster???

My personal opinion is that he will. That being said, I am a little nervous because my favorate boxer does seam to tire. I think we'll see a good showing by Klitschko and hopefully he will look towards a match with one of the other two week ass champs, excluding Maskaev because that belt is as good as gone once he steps into the ring with Sam.
This is Klitschko's fight to lose. Wouldn't surprise me if he blew it again, but I don't think that is likely to happen. In the past Brewster has shown that he has a very strong chin, so Klitschko will just bounce his fists off Brewster's chin until the referee stops the slaughter.Comment

Yep, Brewster's chin is solid, but he was down in their first fight, I expect the same in this one. I figure on 2 KD's, before the KO or TKO. Brewster might even catch Klitchko and floor him once, but I don't expect he'll be badly hurt, and will get off the canvas and win the fight. This is Klitschko's fight to lose. Wlad will probably KO Brewster. But because he punches very hard and is very aggressive in the early rounds, there is always a chance that Brewster can knock any opponent out.Comment

Certainly Brewster has a chance. Like you said, the guy can ****, and he's a fast starter. Also has the heart of a bear, and an "I won't give up" attitude. I like Lamon, always have, always will. And he does have the chance (maybe a better chance than anyone else in the division right now) to land a few early and put Wlad on the canvas for a 10 count.
What I keep thinking about, though, is the last fight with Wlad, before he gassed out and was TKO'd....Klitchko wasn't just ahead on the cards, he dominated, before whatever happened, happened. I just don't see anything changing. Brewster isn't going to dramatically improve his skills at his age, and he was in decent shape the first fight too. Wlad has, on the other hand, matured mentally, become better conditioned physically, and has improved since they were last in the ring. I've seen it, so has anyone else who's paid attention.
In the end, I can't see any way for Brewster to win. Klitchko isn't going to give him an opening to get lucky, he won't be spending himself like he did during the first fight, and he won't be breaking mentally. Unless something incredible happens, I feel confident Lamon Brewster will be KO'd on the 7th, somewhere between the closing bell of round 1 and the starting bell of round 5. Should the fight go longer, he has a slightly better chance of catching Klitchko after the 6th round, but even then I'd put the chances of that happening as low as maybe 15%. Far more likely, in my opinion, is Wlad catching Lamon with a nasty short left hook (or a pair of them), followed by a bigmuther****ingfreighttrainrighthand that forces Lamon's corner to call in the dogs and piss on the fire. A third (and maybe even more likely than an outright KO) possibility is for Lamon to be hurt, against the ropes and taking a beating and the ref calls it.
I wish Brewster all the luck in the world, but I don't see a way for him to get the win this time. Miracles are usually a once in a lifetime occurance, and he's already spent his. Whatever happens, though, it should be a great fight and I'm really looking forward to it.
Wlad, Lamon...you guys reading this? Don't you ****ing dare disappoint me. Every fight I've been waiting to see the last few months has turned out to be a ****fest, don't do that to me again.Comment
