I hate him too. It's somewhat of an unnatural hatred. I can appreciate the skill and all, but I just can't stand him.

My hatred of him is starting to taper off though. I liked Vitali a lot because he was a tough **** who would actually fight straight up if it came down to it. Wlad just seems soft to me. Nice guy, great skills, just not my thing. I also feel like his advantages in size, coupled with the obvious skill, should lead to him being better than he already is.

I know you weren't addressing me, just my two cents though.

Some guys just have your number...e.g.: Klit.Byrd.
I wouldn't say brewster has wlad's number, he dodged a bullet in that fight. It was a brutal one sided beating until the fifth round when klitschko fell to pieces.

No, that's OK, I think most people think the same thing.

I spent many years in the military, and weak, soft kids just pissed me the hell off. What I've come to understand, though, is that many "men" really aren't men until they hit their late 20's, to 30 years old or so. That's when many finally mature and become stronger mentally, and develop into what they'll be later in life. I felt that Wlad was just a big kid when he broke mentally, and said so at the time. His confidence was broken, and he needed to mature, mentally, before he could regain it.

I also said that he'd be coming back when he finally matured, and would, in no uncertain terms, become the ruling force in the division.

He has certainly proven himself to be the best heavyweight in the division right now. I hope he'll show me some flashes of his brothers toughness down the road here.

The only guy I can really see taking him out is Peter in a rematch...ya know...punchers chance and all.

Who the hell are you foolin Kball, you were probably his biggest 'cheer leader' when he fought at the Garden...

Anyways, I think that this fight will look a lot like the Brock fight with more exciting exchanges but the same result; Klitschko by KO/TKO in the mid rounds....

I wouldn't be surprised to see this end inside three

That much is true. It seems he should be the best boxer ever but he's only very good. His natural strength and athleticism combined with his textbook punching have no comparisons (not Foreman, definitely not the comparatively awkward Lewis, nobody is close). He's just not a fighter though.

brewster is gonna knock wlad the **** out, i got full faith in lamon brewster to do it. the confidence of beating ure foe previously must be the key factor in this that will allow lamon to take the belt.
