I voted based on the fact that Mayweather is a candidate for all time p4p, has more money than he can count and at the age of 30 can retire with all his faculties in tact. Gatti, all though will be highly regarded by fans for his blood and guts attitude has been in too many wars and made too many bad decisions (in and about the ring).

Obviously Mayweather - Gatti is very entertaining and has a lot of heart but like PBF said, as far as ability goes, he's just a clubfighter.
