I agree that he would manhandle HATTON.Whats funny is HATTON was supposed to fight BALDOMIR but GATTI outpriced him.After the GATTI fight he no longer was interested,a reporter asked him why he was no longer interested in the fight and he said BALDIMIR was not known enough.My comment is wouldn't BALDIMIR be MORE KNOWN after beating GATTI on HBO.I believe the truth is they saw this guy couldn't be hurt by JOSHUA CLOTTEY,JUDAH,or GATTI and hadn't lost in 8 YEARS and realized HATTON wasn't going to dent him and they got scared.As far as BALDIMIR vs COTTO hell of a fight COTTO can be hurt ,I don't know about BALDIMIR ,BALDIMIR can be outboxed but

That is completely incorrect. Hatton was signed to fight gatti but after gatti lost Hatton didn't want him anymore.

Actually the truth as I said before is HATTON was suppossed to fight BALDIMIR but MAIN EVENTS outbid FIGHT ACADAMY and GATTI got the fight.After the fight HATTON WAS NO LONGER INTERESTED in the BALDIMIR fight and when a reporter asked BILLY GRAHAM as to why they are no longer pursuing a fight with BALDIMIR his reply was that BALDIMIR is not well known enough ,but wouldn't you figure he be MORE well known after ko'ing GATTI. I think they realized if CLOTTEY,JUDAH,or GATTI couldn't hurt him HATTON wouldn't,at that point he hadn't lost in 8 YEARS and they realized this guy may be too BIG and STRONG.It is completly untrue that HATTON was pursuing a fight with BALDIMIR AFTER the BALDIMIR/GATTI fight. By the way BALDIMIR has never in his career fought below 147 and has fought MULTIPLE times at 154 as he will against VERNON FORREST .I think he would be WAY too big for HATTON.I was at the HATTON/COLLAZO fight (which I scored for COLLAZO) actually going in rooting for HATTON but left the fight believing HATTON is NOT anywhere near an elite fighter,he lacks power and can be hurt to the head and body by far from elite punchers,I was not impressed to say the least.I started the fight cheering for HATTON and left booing.COTTO would break him down within 9 rounds(unless he holds all night like he did the second half against URANGO)if URANGO hurt him numerous times to the body (with vegas's 10 ounce gloves instead of the rest of the boxing world which uses 8 ounce gloves for any fighter fighting at 147 or below)can you imagine what COTTO would do.ANTONIO M,CINTRON,BERTO,PAUL WILLIAMS,CLOTTEY hell I think GATTI hits too hard for him at 147.I believe HATTON will be exposed against CASTILLO IF HE actually fights,like he caims,and doesn't HOLD all night.

i havnt seen the fight since i watched it live but i gave the first 3 rounds to gatti and in the 4th i recall he got tagged hard and then he started going to the trenches with baldomir (somut he didnt need to do to win) and thats when baldomir started taking the fight. then again in the 7th gatti started boxing again and was having the same suces but i still scored the round baldomir. in the 8th gatti was boxing again and i scored that to gatti. then in the 9th gatti elected to trade with baldy and was knocked out.

After Baldomir upset Judah several parties including Mayweather, Hatton and Gatti were bidding to fight him next. It just so happened that Gatti outbid Hatton's offer by a bit and the rest is history. After Baldo destroyed Gatti in impressive fashion Hatton lost interest real quick in a potential fight with him. That just smells of chicken**** in my book. Hatton dodged a major bullet by not winning the chance to face Baldo after his victory over Judah. He would have been creamed by Baldomir who is much more physical than Collazo. Featherfisted Collazo managed to put Ricky on ***** street from a single punch and almost stopped him.

The only way Hatton would come close to winning every round is if he put on pink gloves and runs a marathon inside the ring against Baldomir. Somehow I don't see that happening though with Hatton's style.

I like Hatton better, but his style wont allow him to beat Baldomier. Hatton is more skilled even though all he does is hug and ****. But Carlos is bigger and stronger than Hatton, He will toss hatton around when hatton tries to hug him and clock hatton on the push off. Hatton just cant hang at 147
