Even though Baldomir has a much worse record than Hatton's, he has the better wins. Clottey, Judah, Gatti and Aguzum. Hatton's best win is an aging Tszyu. The best of Baldomir's big wins is the Judah win. I like Hatton and all, but no way in hell the more I look at it.

Baldy also isnt given enough credit for his overall boxing skill. Against Gatti I saw him do some special things. He threw some punches that you dont see often. He also slipped a couple of punches and came back with a chopping downward blow that just shook Gatti. Baldy is far better then people think.

He ****ed up though. I hope he didnt jump to conclusions by losing to Floyd. He said he couldnt keep up with Floyd because of the weight and so he moved up. He better be right because he's a fool to move out of WW right now where all the fights are. He still didnt look that bad against Floyd. I think the Forrest fight would be great but I would love to see Baldy get a shot at Hatto, Cotto, or Margarito. I dont want to see the Clottey rematch because I have respect for both guys and I dont want to see them waste a L on eachother instead of a big fight.

I have Hatton - but Baldomir is a good fighter.

Much better than he's been given credit for.

Both Hatton and Cotto beat Baldomir. Cotto would make him look like Abdullaev.

gatti laid the foundations in the first four rounds to beat baldy and that was boxing. its only after gatti got tagged for the first meaniful time he reverted to classic gatti and that was al wrong. if hatton can box for 12 rounds and stay on the outside hel win wide if he goes on the inside he loses

In your dreams! Baldomir VS Gatti wasn't even close.

Hatton wlould beat slow-on-his-feet Baldomir with lateral movements and in-and-out boxing, much as he did with Urango. People talk about Hatton's "Brawling style" but it's not like he just stands still in front of his opponents and throws punches.

I agree that he would manhandle HATTON.Whats funny is HATTON was supposed to fight BALDOMIR but GATTI outpriced him. After the GATTI fight he no longer was interested
Hang about, Hatton was supposed to fight GATTI after GATTI beat Baldomir. Hatton and his trainer Billy Graham were ringside and when gatti got knocked silly Graham commented "That just cost us a fortune". Then team Hatton were going after a fight with Baldomir but Floyd got there first. Honestly, if Hatton does something bad you pillory him for it. If he doesn't do something bad, you make something up.

Hatton is versatile and would outbox and move away from the slower Baldomir. He could do it but it wouldn't be easy.

Gatti tried to slug with a bigger guy who has maybe the best chin in all of boxing, and Judah didn't stick to his game. Hatton is a more intelligent fighter than these two.
