Maybe he did. I'm just asking was his intention all along to move back down or was Collazo the reason he went back to 140?

He only really decided to retire after he saw that Oscar could whoop him if he had the gas to go 12 rounds.
I guess Oscar would never beat him because he's never gone a hard 12 rounds in his life...

Who said anything about hard rounds? It didn't look too hard in there to me.

Almost getting stopped by Collazo set alarms off in Hatton's head to go back down in the opposite direction of Mayweather. They will never fight, but Hatton will always claim Mayweather ran from him. You'd think going down would be running considering it's more difficult to fight the higher up in weight you go. It's cool, though. Let Hatton be a 2-division champ and Mayweather a 5-division champ. The record books show the real cowards, and let me tell you something, it ain't the Jr Lightweight that's fighting the Middleweights. It's the guy who turned Mayweather down twice.

What's with these guys saying they aren't ready for Floyd, but now that they want to retire, they're suddenly ready for that inevitable loss. Mosley and Hatton are jokes for the stunts they're pulling now, although I'd love to see Floyd spank both of them.

you guys have some pretty ****ed up ideas of what it means by 'almost being stopped'

You are the same people who thought Cotto was almost knocked out against Judah.

OK, Oscar can't even go a full 12 light rounds...

So why is he calling out the WBC 154 pound champion?

All I know is Mayweather in his entire career hasn't been hit with as many punches as Hatton took 6 rounds against Collazo, lol
