Bas is no joke when it comes to training fighters.

That workout is absolutely crazy. I have the big books of combat and if I could I'd post the routines. Man I don't know how anyone can have the stamina to do that regularly. That takes circuit to the next level, talk about grueling.

It doesn't make that much difference. You can only be taught so much in a short space of time. Mercer has been a pro for many years. It's still interesting because of Mercer's age, but Kimbo is still a very limited fighter just like he was a few months ago.
