He can learn some new tricks but his physical skills.. He didnt throw vs cotto not because he didnt know how, but because he couldnt. I'd be amazed if judah could comeback, with a ****. I like judah. He's more pure (although immature) than the averge fighter and he showed tremendous hearth in taking the beating he did. It's sad to see such a talented fighter wasting himself like that. I totally agree he should change the team. How many fighters around this world wish they were just a little bit faster? or had more power? Those two things are the rarest and you cannot teach them to anyone. You're born with it. Zab has both and excelent attacking skills. He lacks a bit more defensive movements: more footwork, (not show off steps, he does that) and HANDS UP when he needs them. I think he should have done the change his team after the tsyzu fight.

i've been crowing for a while that Zabs needs to go w/a premiere trainer to bring the best out of him. Is it too late? Cant answer that atm. Let him spend a year or two w/the likes of Roach or Steward. I think Roache is more his style.

Ya'll cant deny his power and fastest hands in any division.

I mentioned Roache for him before. I could even see Mayweather Sr. for him, but that is unlikely. I think he needs (Zab) better defense. He's such a rare combo of power and speed, and with proper training he would be a force.

Not to take anything away from Cotto but Judah fought a real ****** fight. I think he believes he can **** with anyone and gets suckered into these slugfest with guys that have that style of fighting as their strength.

Judah should have watched the Mayweather vs DLH fight and took a page from Mayweather's book. I know it doesn't make for a popular fight or very exciting but it was his biggest chance of winning. He fought Cotto's fight and after the low blows, really took it personal and stood infront of Cotto the entire night.

Judah is a knucklehead, always has been always will be. He doesn't listent o anyone, not his father, past trainers, advisors...no one. Shame because IMO he's a waste of talent. those two suspensions he suffered really set his career back, if not physically, mentally.

Glad for Cotto though, now hopefully Margarito beats Williams and we can see another great fight between the two fighters we wanted to see fight from the get go.

Yeah. Even Emmanuel Steward. (sp?) He could be good for Zab.

Zab's team didn't let him down in terms of game plan. I think they let him down in training. I believe there is something in Zab's preparation for fights that makes him more prone to fade.

In terms of game plan I think Cotto was just too good for Judah to implement his game plan.

Cotto's constant pressure, jab and ability to cut off the ring FORCED Zab into trading a lot mroe than he would've otherwise wanted. Cotto has done this to all the boxers he has faced and everytime a "boxer" ends up trading with Cotto we say that they had a BAD PLAN.

Well there is a pattern here, he is forcing them to fight. Even in the 2nd and 4th round where Zab is still at his best, Cotto still won the round.

but he got back to the title after the zoo loss, undisputed title no less. Its a shame all the talented light welters invaded his division, he would have been in the mix after the baldy loss and probably would have gotten straight back to the title.

U can say any fighter might benefit from a proven trainer like roach or manny but they cant train everyone.

I personally think zabs mental problems are all his own doing. He seems to create his own problems in fights where he is more talented, faster and more powerful than his opponents. He started it off with the low blow nonsense. they were low, and plain cheating from cotto (if hatton did that u guys would be all over him) but zab made a huge meal out of it and made it look to cotto like he wasnt up for the fight and was trying to steal a DQ win or a few point deductions. things started to slide for zab from then on and his inabilaty to grit his teeth and throw bombs let him down
