Every All time great cleared out their respective divisions.
Floyd didint clear out 1 division in particular and that was 140. Floyd is undisputed in 3 classes. At 147 essentially for the time, it was Judah, a fight that was already signed before the Baldomir fight before he lost, he fought both of them and essentially solidified himself as the 147 champ. Basically the only other top fighter in that division that was coming after him was Margarito, but at the time Floyd had been in the division less than 5 or 6 months before everyone went CRAZY over him not fighting him.

Essentially at 140 that was on Hatton and nobody else, period. Same with Tszyu, who at no time expressed ANY interest in a fight with Mayweather jr, period. 130 and 135 were cleaned out weather you like it or not. 147 RIGHT NOW, is a decent division since cotto moved up and mosley moved down. Mosley was also offered a fight and we all saw what he said after the 2nd Vargas fight.

Essentially moving to 154 basically put him against the best fighter there who is clearly De La Hoya. Floyds 5 divisions each got him a title, but also 3 Undisputed titles. You blame floyd for not making the biggest fights but we all know its not all on him.

On this board Knockouts change everything. Power changes everything. Its the biggest reason why alot of you have lost your ****ing minds and making threads like this. Removing credit from Floyd and giving crap reasons as to why he is "good but not great" thats bull****, i could breakdown your favorite fighters resume in the exact same manner if i wanted to be full of **** as well.

Do you really think that ODLH would go 12 rounds with Sosa or Carlos Hernandez or 12 with Corley?
I'm not surprised that Mayweather fans are not responding to my questions.

Maybe cash didn't let the fight happen. People still thought Gatti could overwhelm Floyd and beat him. He fought Gatti in 05. Floyd isn't going to Australia. Kosta is out of his prime. Gatti wasn't a nobody.

Oscar De La Hoya is bigger than those guys and when Mayweather fought them De La Hoya had already made his way to 147 and in a couple cases, ****ing 160. Floyd is smaller than DLH and obviously the power differential comes into play also. The fact that DLH would potentially KO guys much smaller than him shouldnt even be a factor in answering if DLH would go 12 rounds with the guys floyd fought, thats weak.

They both stated at 130. Odlh at 135 and 140 was knocking heads left and right. Of course ODLH isn't going to fight a 135lber when he weighs 154.

Just because you knocked out people doesn't make u better. Oscar has always had more power and is obviously going to get more knockouts due to that.
