Boxing gets another megadose of appeal from the casual audience, and it would be a marquee fight that lives up to its billing. Might even garner ridiculous revenue comparable to DLH/MW due to the driving force of the latino fan base.

Unlike Mayweather, the left hook would eventually find it's home on Cotto and would have a devastating effect. Or if he decide to bring his Jab out of retirement, I can see Oscar tattooing Cotto's head back with it all night long.
I like Cotto, don't get me wrong, but I think DLH would be too much for him.

I think that DLH would outbox Cotto, and just continue to hit him and stop him from coming forward. Brently is right, DLH's left hook would find it's home and it could be just one Classic DLH left hook and its goodnight Cotto. If it goes to distance it could be close. I pick Oscar either way, even though I am a big Cotto fan.
