If the same shots were landed by Cotto instead of Collazo, Hatton would have been on ***** street...

Besides...it really doesn't matter who the bigger puncher is. Cintron is a huge puncher but he could not find his mark against Margarito. Same goes for him when he fought Estrada.

I agree, Hatton showed great heart and recovery in that fight. Hatton actually came back and won the rest of that round after he cleared his head.

However, Hatton is notorious for swelling and cutting and Cotto is notorious for damaging guys faces. Its not a good mix for Hatton who I think would have his eye closed by round 5-6.

How many times do I have to tell you that it doesn't matter? If you cannot hit your opponent punching power is worthless. We can say "what if" and debate this till the cows come home. Point is, we havent seen Cotto in with Hatton...and we have only seen Hatton visibly stunned once.

how many times do we have to tell you??

hatton was due to fight lazcano at 140, then in the space of 2 weeks he had to pack 7lbs of muscle. this made him very robotic, and hard for him to move, hence the performance.

There isn't a big IF with the Cotto-Hatton though. Hatton WILL be hit. Cotto is not Tzu. Hatton can't smother Cotto and take away his power. The inside game is Cotto's kitchen and Hatton will have to take in order to give.

Hatton is not PBF and Cotto will hit him.

If Hatton couldn't handle a flush shot from Collazo, there's no way in hell he stays up from one of Tsyzu's best punches...

I doubt that, if Tsyzu couldnt knock him and lets be right Tsyzu did catch Hatton would some good shots, then I dont see how Cotto knocks him out.
Hatton hurt Collazo more times then Collazo hurt Hatton.

It's certainly a possibility but it depends on the referee. Hatton's fought on and won convincingly with his face in an absolute mess on several occasions. He's used to it and it doesn't faze him in the slightest.

After looking at the first 8 rounds on the AVI i have of the Tszyu fight, pretty much every round starts off with a ****ing clinch, ONLY in round 5 does Tszyu land a partially blocked right hook and is then held afterwards. Every time im fastfowarding to get to the start of each round, all im saying is clinch after ****ing clinch, what a weak ass fight, the only way you could be a superstar from a fight like that is if you are the darling child of your own country. Holding and holding and holding your way to victory is not ****ing imrpessive, period.

Either way, i have seen, or..tortured myself through this fight 3 times, Tszyu never lands his right hand flush after setting his feet, unless someone shows me a freezeframe otherwise.

Cotto will knock the guiness out of Hatton....Not even a challenge it would be a sad brutal one dised afair. And Hatton doesn't fight with the same workrate all 12 rounds. He only fights the first 4-5 rounds like that then he pops a few viagra pills a ****s his opponent to death... Cotto by 5 round KO
