    Cotto Vs. Hatton

I know this is a bit premature, but lets assume Hatton wins.. and wins convincingly.

This is fight must be made. Two undefeated guys on top of their game and both in their prime.

I think their styles are made for the fight of the decade. This will be such a brawl.

    Big question, Who wins???

Despite one knock down in his career, Hatton only had problems with Collazo.. Cotto also had times when he was in trouble in the passed, but always bounced back..

Hatton wins by TKO late on. Hattons workrate would be too much for Cotto, it'd be a helluva fight tho, an all out war from start to finish.

Cotto's work rate is remarkable too. We didn't see a lot of it towards the end of his jrWW career but I believe that was largely due to his struggles with cutting weight.

Cotto would close Hatton's eye in the early mid rounds. Cotto by TKO or KO.

Hatton at welterweight couldn't handle anyone in the top 5...

This is a tough fight for Cotto because hes fighting a guy with a similar style, after alot of headbutts, low blows, clinching and holding, Cotto being just as strong as Hatton, would likely test Hatton's chin and put him on his ass.

Hatton was hanging on for dear life against Collazo. I don't think he could handle Cotto's power or any other hardhitting welter...

Collazo is the lightest hitting top 10 WW and he was able to stun Hatton. With the deep talent at WW, Hatton will have a challenge against any top 10 WW.

Tszyu hits harder than any of the current welters, and by some distance.

I'll reserve judgement on Hatton's effectiveness at the weight until I see him perform with a decent preparation under his belt.

Maybe he should have gone for a washed up LWW for his 1st fight at the weight - he wouldn't have gotten so much grief.

Which is exactly why Cotto would eventually KO him, mid to late rounds though, because Hatton is too tough to just go out early.
