    Mayweather will fight Cotto/Williams/Margarito/Hatton

It will bring enough money, Whoever wins Margarito vs Williams will face Cotto for a Unification, and Floyd will fight the winner of that fight, He earned 20 mill for Oscar, he said he will take a rematch, I mean Cotto is popular and will bring in more money should he unify the titles and beat the winner of margarito vs williams.

If Hatton wins his fight with Castillo and Impressively then Floyd would fight him too, you guys need to remember since Hatton beat Tzysu this fight has been anticipated by many boxing fans.

    So its either:

    A. Floyd Mayweather vs Cotto/Williams/Margarito (One of them depending who wins)

    B. Floyd Mayweather vs Ricky Hatton (Should Hatton win impressively)

He may even take on both. Trust me within 4 months Mayweather will be back in the Gym.

Cotto vs Margarito/Williams winner could be a possibility but the money has to be big.

Mosley is also a big possibility because Mosley is still as marketable as the others mentioned.

Hatton is also marketable IF he wins impressively and excitingly. I know he has that strong UK following but it wont be enough money unless he can excite the American public too.

      Floyd is not coming back.
Let that coward enjoy his safe little retirement.
Let him enjoy his precious time with his children.

Floyd said he ritired because of his children.
      BS!
He retired because the kitchen got hot and some young hard hitting prospects were on the rise. Danger was just around the corner.

Out of Margarito/Cotto/Williams/Hatton the only one I see Floyd maybe fighting is Cotto. With his impressive win over Zab and then some other potential big wins in the future for him and also his solid PR fanbase, he could generate enought money for Floyd to want to fight him in the future. Floyd seems to only want those huge paydays and Cotto could be the only one that could provide that.

          A strong possibility, but...

Not sure if any bad blood between Bob Arum and Floyd would prevent it from happening.

The question is, would Bob risk putting Cotto in against Floyd so early in his career?

If the fight was staged in Britain it would make enough money.

Moneywise, only Hatton would bring enough to entice him and that's if the fight happened in the UK (doubtful). For all of Cotto's popularity, he only made $2.5 million against Judah. Nothing close to the type of money Mayweather is looking for and Margarito/Williams won't even made $2.5 million combined for their fight. When you've made $20 million for one fight, I don't see how you can fight again to earn half that at best. I think this is the main reason Mayweather retired...

Out of those mentioned Williams gives Floyd the biggest challenge because he has one thing that Floyd has had problems with for a while, long arms and a good jab. Oscar's jab worked wonders when he used it, and Williams arms are about 8-9 inches longer then Oscar's. It could spell trouble for Floyd. I don't think that fight will happen anytime soon though because Williams isnt a big name at the moment. A Cotto- Mayweather bout would probably be the most lucrative bout out there and Cotto could give Floyd some problems, but I just see Mayweather wearing him down and winning a wide UD.

The answer is big deal! PBF isn't a tito who destroys fighters and ruins their career. Most fighters come out looking pretty good
