Why didnt the low blow to Mayweather affect Mayweather in the Judah fight?

He came right back and started whooping Judahs ass some more.

I didn't vote b/c the question is too ambiguous. They had an effect, and a notable one, but that doesn't mean Judah would win without them. Cotto is better than Judah but the low blows helped. In fact the 'but' is not entirely necessary here.
