I dont know how Cotto can be higher then Margarito when he only has 2 fights at Jr Welter, I know he beat Judah be was coming of NC and 2 loses. Margarito's been champion for a while now and has been fighting top contenders over and over.

this is true. while cotto has looked REAL good @ WW his first 2 fights, i can't bring myself to put him @ # 1, in front of the mexican, margarito - who's been there for years.

both margs and cotto beat mosley, and IMO margarito beats pwilla in the fight leaving a B E A U T I F U L puerto rican / mexican box-off to determine the top of the class @ WW. i'm SOO ****en there when they fight this year in Vegas!

yeah, he is definately getting there. I would put him as 11, just out of the list. I think he could get in there with Quintana or Clottey and do good.
