Miguel deserves to be #1,he has done more this year and last year at welterweight,Mosleys only had one fight at welterweight against Collazo,that dont make him number 1 yet

The thing is we already had 2 top guys fight and 2 more are fighting in a couple of weeks. The winners are probably gonna fight each other. Thats like a 4 man tournament. The only very highly ranked WW's missing from this virtual tournament are PBF (who went up to jrMW and psuedo-retired) and Mosley.

However I think Mosley-PBF might happen and thats another fight with 2 high ranked WW's.
