Soto's been trying to get that title shot for some time now. The man is underatted. It's that the man is just balanced.. He can box and he can fight. It's about time this man gets a shot. Im telling you he is underrated, just like Pavlik. I would pick Pavlik over Taylor.. This is coming from a Taylor fan. Pavlik can give him a run for his belts.. the same way Soto can do for Pacman.
