It'd be damn good. Soto looked great and all, but I pick Manny within 8.

Yes Larios is a world class fighter and I am not taking anything away from him but he has been KOd before at lower weights and Soto has shown a better chin so far. And my point of saying that Larios made it 12 was not to insult Pacquiao at all, it simply was to say that he doesn't blast out every opponent in 5 or 6 rounds like many people were predicting. Again Pacquiao will probably win but I think it will be a good fight. I am sorry if my opinion disgusts you honestly.
Pacman wasnt even throwing his punches hard he even admitted he was holding back and Roach got mad at him cause it wasnt untli solis cut him that he turned it up.

      Pacman shouldnt toy with guys...

the difference between pacman and soto is this.

Soto was fighting his best against bobby and fighting for his life he was hurt for a long time from that right hand of bobby and few other shots you could see it in his face and the fight was tough against a low caliber fighter, pacman wasnt fighting fullblast against velasquez, larios and solis and he was still toying with them he didnt even put 100 percent on those punches.

I thought soto was a technician but if you watch his fight and then watch manny fighting his supposed tune ups manny looked more superior with his movement and combos and he picked his shots better then soto.

Yea...Manny has some vintage Mayweather and Tyson moves. But his fists are all PACMAN!

Firstly I haven't seens the Solis fight still so I wouldn't be able to comment on it. I agree with you that Manny was more impressive in his "tune ups" then Soto was in this fight. But Pacquiao is a seasoned champion and Soto is not. And I didn't see Soto's hurt last longer than the latter portion of one round and during that time B. Pacquiao couldn't put him down. If he was so available to be hit then why couldn't B. Pacquiao simply finish him off especially considering Soto was hurt. Perhaps the reason is that Soto is a tough SOB with a good chin and a lot of heart. Again I think in the end M. Pacquiao breaks him down but I think it will be an entertaining scrap while it lasts.

The point is you saw the Best Soto last night against a unranked guy with 12 losses...but you didnt see the best pacquiao against velasquez, larios, and solis and he still made easy work of them while soto struggled hard.

I will give you that soto does have a good chin and is a tough sob but how will he fair against Valeros punches? I actually think Valero could beat the crap out of him.

im pretty sure if bobby didnt have that big gash on his eye that was clearly dripping down to his eye making him blink and messing him up the fight would of last longer.
It was kinda rotten of the ref to say that was a knockdown in the first round when soto just pushed bobby down with his hand on the back of the neck.

watch this pacman was more impressive in this fight and he wasnt even 100 percent against him while soto looked sloppy even throwing a 6 punch combo in the air?

I agree/disagree with you. I too think that Valero would probably beat Soto but I don't know I think that is a pick 'em fight. Soto has a good chin and if Valero couldn't stop him I think Soto could break him down. I also think that the KD call in the 1st round was bogus, clearly a push. The cut also definitely negatively affected B. Pacquiao.
On the other hand how do we know what would have happened without the cut. I do know that Soto did the smart thing and targeted the cut showing me he is an intelligent fighter. I also don't agree that this was the "best" Soto. He completely dominated Rocky Jaurez to the point that Juarez almost looked like he wanted to quit out of frustration. Considering that Barrera (who I respect as a great fighter) never dominated him like that I respect Soto by transitive property. And I wouldn't say that Soto struggled. That is like saying Cotto struggled with DeMarcus Corley. Sure he got buzzed but both dominated the majority of the fight.

dude that was the best soto...its just that bobby brang the fight more then rocky did! and yes i watch that small ass timid jaurez the guy is not aggressive at all i saw that fight! people were so in aww of soto because he took some of jaurez punches? he didnt school him to the point of embarrassment it was a closer fight.

morales vs pacquiao 1 was more impressive then that **** morales was at his finest and ill say to me that was his best performance his wars with barrera are memorable as a trilogy but as far as technique and boxing artistry morales vs pacquiao 1 was his best! he mixed it up beautifully against pacquiao and clearly 1 the close decision.

Soto is not at morales level....morales in his prime would wipe the floor with soto.

I don't see how you can call that his best performance when you are highly critical of his performance. Meanwhile you acknowledge that he won a pretty unanimous decision against Juarez. After that I have totally lost you. I don't see the relevance of Morales to the argument of Pac-Soto. Sure Morales was a better fighter in his prime than Soto but so what. For all I know Pac may be past his "prime" and Soto may be at his peak. Maybe Pac won't come to the fight in peak condition or with supreme focus. Lots of things could happen regarding Soto-Pac that have nothing to do with Morales-Pac 1. If you are saying that because Morales beat Barrera twice and Barrera beat Juarez twice therefore Morales is much better than Juarez therefore better than Soto that is a hard logical train to follow. Again please remember that I think Soto will LOSE against Manny I just think it will be an entertaining fight.
