I'm from the States and don't dislike Hatton.

But lately he's been too much of a boring grappler for my liking.

The Hatton of old was very fun to watch.

The majority of writers appreciate hatton, it's just the dumbass fans like sin who are blinded with hate.

I am a big fan of hatton but truthfully liked him better when he fought as an up and comer.

he wanted to try to come here and make us into his fans, hes failed to impress us in both outings looking lackluster against B level opposition which is not what you do when you want to come here to convert non-beilivers. period.

but its a work in progress if he beats castillo in impressive fashion the hate towards hatton will be alot less i think but you will still get hes sub tractors on this board who still expect him to topple goliath and king kong in one night to be "elite".
there is only 3 biggish fights at light-welter for me and they are castillo , witter and for some reason id like to see the lightwieght juan diaz move up and fight him ive been very impressed with him in the fights ive seen him in and think he could cause ricky some problems and would make for a very interesting fight. but the most part of me wants him to get castillo out the way and grow into the welterwieght division , mosley is the only guy there who would be a heavy favourite to beat him but hes at the tail end of hes carear now and wont be there forever

This is the feeling I get. I don't dislike Hatton but I'm not a fan of him either really. I usually won't talk **** about him but I also have no things to say about him in a positive way because, as a fighter, he doesn't really excite me into liking him.
