He's just not a welterweight. He can make 140 easily and is the stumpiest bastard to ever box

I use to think Hatton will beat Margarito but after seeing him fighting at 147 against Collazo, I don't think he can handle Margaito's power.

I think Margarito destroys Hatton. Too much size, too much power...

Margarito must be the widest puncher in the buisness though, and apparently clottey beat the **** out of him till he broke his hand.

If Clottey doesn't get injured, he beats Margarito by wide decision. I think Clottey beats Hatton too.

Ranked Welters that would beat Hatton:
              Mayweather
              Margarito
              Mosley
              Cintron
              Clottey
              Williams

              Pick'em Fights:
              Cotto
              Judah

              Hatton beats:
              Baldomir
              Urkal

That depends. If he was still at 147, then he'd have had time to get used to the weight, probably would've fought a couple of other opponents and he'd have been easier to judge.

Based on the Collazo fight he's a fringe contender. But I don't think the Collazo fight is indicative of his ability, and I feel that more time to aclimatise to the weight would result in him looking more comfortable.

I think Hatton could beat Clottey, Cintron, Baldomir, Judah and Cotto, has a chance against Mayweather but would struggle with Mosely and Margarito. I don't know about Williams yet but I still strongly suspect that Williams is a hyped fighter and is going to get sparked very soon. He looks like a bad matchup for Ricky at the moment but he's not really fought anyone, so a big question mark there.

Lol. $in no way Cintron could ever go 12 rounds with ricky hatton, seriously.

Hatton> Margarito, Margarito is a cack, wide punching, part time chef.
