He wouldnt beat any of the champions right now. If it were the 2003 Toney it would be a different story.

no Toney isnt a bum he still has good skills and its a testament to how good he is that he can survive at HW.

I agree. He never should have been a Heavyweight and the fact his speech is starting to slur and does not have a great work ethic makes for a dangerous mix. But he is no bum. In fact, I think it is impressive that he has been able to compete with Heavyweight boxers at all (and was as close as someone could be to winning a title).

But at this point he is probably too old to make any more significant noise in the division. But then again, I learned a long time ago you can't count anyone out.
