Chagaev and Ibragimov vs Wlad Klitchko

Wlad would be a clear favorite, but both Chagaev and Ibrgaimov are quick, skillfull lefthanders a-la Sanders. Hence outcomes of these matchups would not be obvious. What do you think?

Neither of them Punch anywhere near as Hard as Sanders.. and neither of these guys has been in with anything That even half resembles the Skills of Wlad..

Although nothing is 100% in boxing.. I still dont give either Chagaev or Imbrigamov any REAL chance..

I dont think they are as Quick or Powerful as Sanders, The sanders that was fighting that night would have KO'd most HW's...

no no real chance at all.... ibragimov beat briggs, but he never really did a whole lot of damage... you have to knock wlad out to beat him... iggy would not be able to get past wlads jab as he had a hard enought time getting inside of the shorter slower briggs super lazy jab.

chagaev same thing, just doesent have the physical size to survive on the outside and just too much of a price to pay getting in...

plus like i said, they need a KO, nobody can decision wladamir, it will never happen

I think a lot of people still underestimate Chagaev.

In only a little over 20 fights he's faced a very high level of opposition & shows improvement in each bout, demonstrating both skill as well as the ability to adapt to different opponents.

Still would favour Wlad at the moment, due to experience, but not by much.

no chance in the world for these two..they are both a lot shorter than wlad..

that's wlad's first advantage over most boxers, his superior size..........take that away and then you have a better match up.

sanders?...sanders mauled him to pieces that day and would do again if he wasn't an old golf player nowadays.

Chagaev is the better boxer (than Ibragimov) and maybe even more powerful (I don't know). Sultan is too hittable and not nearly durable enough. He wouldn't last long. I wouldn't be entrely shocked to see Chagaev last the twelve rounds with Klitschko, I'd me surprsed to see Ibragimov last five.

Chagaev has a chance - Ibragimov is garbage.

That's a bit harsh. I haven't seen much of him, but what I've seen just shows a decent, solid fighter, nothing fancy, who has a decent punch and is willing to trade. Not garbage, but nothing that makes me think he's going to beat someone in Klitchko's class. Still, guys like him have been responsible for some of the most exciting fights in history.
