do people realise how much a single boxing punch can do to you?

Even boxing fans dont really appreciate what it feels like to take a punch. You will never truely appreciate it until you have been rocked and seen the pretty colors flash before your eyes.

i got suckerpunched once by a guy with a fist pack and a running start, i didnt go down but i needed 15 stiches in my lips and gums

im pretty sure ill never get hit with anywhere near that damaging a shot while boxing... but ya never know

Getting suckerpunched by sombody that doesnt know how to throw a proper punch is not the same as getting punched by sombody that does.

i saw an program on discovery channel or was it nat geo, well anyway it featured many fighters and they were able to measure the power of a heavyweight boxer's punch it was just like being hit by a sledge hammer it also showed getting hit by a kickboxers knee is like being hit by a car
