but it didnt look like it was very hard to get these guys into a brawl. They almost immediatly obliged.

Judah may box for a few rounds, but lets say Judah starts hitting that body. BALDY was able to do it, so i think Cotto will do it better.

Im not saying JUDAH WILL get lured into a brawl, a brawl he can still win anyway, but its hard to ignore what Cotto has accomplished against other very skilled boxers.

Again, we'll see how Judah reacts to cottos run out and attack, Hagler-Hearns style approach. If he can move around the ring well and avoid it, he'll probably take Cotto out. If he trades, its a war until something gives.

Either way, the fans are entertained cause Zab is an entertaining boxer

zab didnt show up for the baldomir fight, he looked past him and thought he would win it just because he was in new york... baldomir capitalized, any fighter would but judah wont make that mistake with cotto, he cant afford to.

When Malignaggi was boxing, he was clearly outboxing Cotto. But malignaggi lacked the big fight experience to keep his composure and box. He was lured into a fight.

Judah said he was gonna box, And cotto lunges in with his punches and doesnt jab all the time.

Judah has some of the fastest hands in the game, and a mean punch. So even if cotto is dominating the fight, he could easily get caught.

Vice versa. If Judah is boxing dominantly and loses his focus, Cotto could land a big punch and get Judah in Trouble.

If Judah boxes, you think he could just run away with the fight?
I do think theres a good chance that Zab will put on an incredible preformance and really take Cotto to school, but at the same time I think Cotto could dominate Judah.
I can see both outcomes happening, all I know is that im excited for this one.

The last 3 opponents Cotto has faced are southpaws. Malinaggi, Quintana, Urkal, the odds are 3 or 4 to 1 that's about where they should be. The fight will last depending on how much Judah runs, doesn't matter though, can be on the bicycle all night Cotto will cut off the ring and do him damage. The best opponent Judah has ever beaten is Micky Ward and he was past his prime, for all your his fanboys he was matched against guys that were supposed to be taylor made for him like Baldomir and he couldn't even do that. Quintana and Urkal I would say are capable of beating Judah let alone Cotto, this guy was the welterweight champion but in the same vane Taylor is middleweight champion, politiqued in there, good riddance to this guy. Only way Judah wins is if somebody poisons Cotto or something before the bout which is not an undistinct possibility .

This came up before.. Kaynan is the only Judah fan I even know about here.

          (To everyone)

Is there anyone else?.... Anybody? Anyone at all?.......

The rest of us just must think he's going to stomp the **** out of Cotto.

My personal view of Judah has been that he's my least "favorite" boxer..

He's done some **** only a ****ing punk piece of trash would do.

I vote Cotto, I think Cotto has the resiliancy to withstand Judah's early assault. If he can get Judah into round five, Cotto wins this fight. Judah fades very quickly after the fourth round, losing almost all of his big power.

Cotto's body shots will be very effective and cause him to tire quicker. Judah will be depending on the straight left hand and it may get through, Cotto has great recovery skills though. Judah will get hurt and won't recover.

I like watching Judah fight, definetly. Not really a fan though.

anybody whos been around boxing long enough knows something like that can always happen. judah does have some good power and cotto's chin has not been impressive.

he never actually looked hurt, just like he played out the fight the best he
could with limited vision. i never heard the official story on that but it
cant of been good, no way would zab have run all night if he just got hurt.
he ran for 2 rounds maybe six and seventh then play the "mouse" in a cat and mouse fight

To date, Cotto has proved to be the perfect package. He systematically breaks his opponents down. Whether they choose to box or fight, or both, it has not presented problems to him. Zab talks too much. Yes, he is fast...but speed alone will not beat Cotto.

If Zab happens to beat Cotto, then he will have ascended in my estimation of him. Because I believe that Cotto is the best in his weight division.

By the same token, stranger things have happened in this sport before!
