Cotto's not Mayorga, you guys forget he's a very good boxer. Just because he KO's his opponents and has a ton of power doesn't mean he doesn't know how to box, he'll cout off the ring and find Judah all night.

Maybe, but there is one "stat" that is very difficult to ignore.

Cotto has fought 3 fighters id like to note, Malignaggi, Quintana, and Urkal.

Malignaggi, a very skilled boxer, was lured into a brawl for most of the fight.

Quintana, an even more skilled boxer, was lured into a brawl for most the fight.

Urkal, a crafty veteran, was lured into a brawl.

Judahs obviously the best of the three, but how long will it take before Judah is lured into a brawl.

I think Judah can win both ways, but Cotto has a very good chance in a brawl and he seems to be very good at getting guys to ablige with his style.

He always starts out with a fast paced round 1, and he usually gets his foe to brawl with him. We'll see how Judah reacts

i thought he damaged judahs eye or something.

he never actually looked hurt, just like he played out the fight the best he
could with limited vision. i never heard the official story on that but it
cant of been good, no way would zab have run all night if he just got hurt.

i think it was round 7.

Baldomir had JUDAH nearly out. He was running around the ring with his back to Baldomir.

There's no damn clips of it on Youtube but you can see a quick clip in this highlight at 1:30.. Judah was flailing. He got rocked.

aint none of them on judah's level....none... he has more talent, skills, speed and power than any of the guys on that list....

Judah's best chance to win is if Cotto "lures" him into a slugfest. Cotto can be hurt (first time he strolled ***** street, it was courtesy of Corley, another fast-handed southpaw), and Judah is a good finisher. Trying to box Cotto would the the wrong choice for Judah. Cotto's young, but when he's patient and on his game he can most likely wear Judah down and either stop him in later rounds, ir win a comfortable decision (stoppage far more likely). Judah needs Cotto to be a little reckless and go for an early stoppage, otherwise Judah probably won't get a chance to land that right hook, or straight left.

                      yea exactly. i said that

but it didnt look like it was very hard to get these guys into a brawl. They almost immediatly obliged.

Judah may box for a few rounds, but lets say Cotto starts hitting that body. BALDY was able to do it, so i think Cotto will do it better.

Im not saying JUDAH WILL get lured into a brawl, a brawl he can still win anyway, but its hard to ignore what Cotto has accomplished against other very skilled boxers.

Again, we'll see how Judah reacts to cottos run out and attack, Hagler-Hearns style approach. If he can move around the ring well and avoid it, he'll probably take Cotto out. If he trades, its a war until something gives.

Either way, the fans are entertained cause Zab is an entertaining boxer
