For sure he's huge. It almost seems that the huge muscles hampers him some ways. Like his speed and movement. I think he would be better off if he wasn't that huge.

I'm not saying Briggs isn't using steroids but you have to consider he was only 19 years old when he fought Savon. He is currently 35 years old and there is no way he's going to have the same physique he had 15 years ago when he was a kid. It is not unusual for a person to gain 20 - 50 lbs between teenage years to mid 30's.
