To answer the question, they both should retire. They both can continue to beat bums if they want, but if they actually get a shot they will get brutally knocked out. Toney still looked pretty sharp defensively to me. Offensively he looks slow and old. His counters missed, and his reaction time just isnt there anymore.

And he beat the soon to be WBC Champ in Samuel Peter in the first fight regardless of what the judges saw. Most of press row had Toney winning.

Holyfield seems healthy and fit, and he looked really good in his last fight. He has a good fight or two left in him.

Toney should retire, he has a big belly and is not close to being what he was. It's sad to see a great fighter like him continue when he's gone downhill so much.

        John Ruiz.

Both should, nothing left to prove.

At this point is there anyone who believes that either of them could win the title?

Holyfield, he's winning but he's not fighting no Sammuel Peter. I know Toney just took a step back in the level of competition but he needed that after his two losses (one I thought he won) to Peter. Back when Toney stopped Holyfield I said damn he needs to quit.

I think both should retire as they both still have their health and if they contiue they may get hurt. Also they are extremly wealthy and they should enjoy their money and relax as they've both earned it.

Holyfeild......If Toney would take training seriously he could still be good.

I say go ahead with both, neither of them are taking bad punishment yet. I wouldnt really like them to take steps back up to the top levels though, especially not against dangerous fighters.

And at least Holyfield comes in very good shape, regardless of his age...
