It's such a shame for boxing that we never got Mayweather-Hatton at 140.

Now tell me Sin how can you believe anything that Mayweather says, I can keep on quoting like you do with Hatton if you like.
Hatton isn't good enough to be his sparring partner. That's pretty obvious.

Why would Mayweather fight in the UK to get wrestled like Tsyzu? Isn't Hatton trying to build his profile in the US in order to have the major fights here?

Again, where is the proof Mayweather asked for $20 million? I'm not interested in all the other crap...

I'm no Mayweather fan, but I have a hard believing he asked for 20 mil. That's what he got for DLH, the be-all, end-all draw in boxing history. For Hatton in the UK he probably could ask for about $10 million, give or take a couple.

Interestingly, DeMarcus Corley rattled both Mayweather and Cotto before suffering comprehensive defeats. When Hatton hurts an opponent, he rarely gives them time to recover. There is talk now of Mayweather demanding £12million to face Hatton in Manchester, which illustrates just how much of a risk he thinks it is. He is absolutely right.

WTF are you talking about? It's one of the main tabloids and it's Barry McGuigan.

Please show me a direct quote from Mayweather or his team. I could write an article making up numbers, but without actual quotes to back it up it's just hearsay...

It would take both Hatton's and Mayweather's camp to make the fight happen. Hatton seems to be getting most of the blame for that fight not happening but i think that Hatton would jump at the chance to fight Mayweather if he came out of retirement, and if Hatton beats Castillo, but of course Hatton deserves to be paid well for facing Mayweather.

I really don't dislike Hatton at all it's more like I dislike his die hard fans. They like to say that Floyd don't want to fight Hatton now but don't like to talk about Hatton turning him down 2 or 3 times. They talk about Floyd fighting an "old" Oscar at 154 but Hatton ran from 147 after one fight nearly losing that fight.
