Hatton's going to beat Castillo, and Mayweather too, if PBF has the courage to face him.
Good for you, now go ride off into the sunset.

I dont think ricky should ever fight the likes of floyd or Zab cause they have way to much skill for him to handle!!!

Some of you guys are such utter morons.

If he is going to get beat off Floyd...so ****?! Thats what happens in boxing...dont suggest that he shouldnt try and get the fight though. You are the same guys who would complain about fighters taking easy options, well Hatton wants a big option, whether he wins it or not. Yet you criticise him for asking for the fight.

          To be fair.

Dude, he got offered the fight, priced himself out, so he deserves criticism for only asking for pbf when they are two weight classes apart.

Guys have priced themselves out of fighting Calzaghe for YEARS, yet they dont seem to get much criticism for it. Evidently Hatton knew that he wasnt ready to fight Maywhether at the time. I didnt see PBF challenging DLH 3 or 4 years ago. In boxing sometimes you know that you arent ready.

Its the comments like "Hatton should not be fighting people like Maywhether or Mosely...Hatton shouldnt even think of getting in a ring with Cotto" etc etc, that makes me wonder why the **** people even bother posting here.

He wants big fights. If you think that your favourite boxer is going to knock the **** out of him...then good. But dont say that he shouldnt be looking for fights when you probably spend 90% of the rest of the time on this forum complaining that other fighters arent looking for the big fights.

Ermm, its not about beliving, i can just paste hatton's own quote right now where he admitted it.

                lol.

I'll let you unknot my panties for me now, they are silk so the knot isnt too tight.

                Enjoy.

The point is people want to see a good match. Hatton is a brawler with decent skills and can be fairly entertaining to match. Put him in againts a boxer-puncher (whether it be Cintron or whatever) who has some pop behind their punches; as well as the ability to box.... that will create an entertaining and good fight. I think most people would agree that Mayweather-Hatton wouldn't be a fight worth seeing more than once (in the sense that it would be 1 sided and unammusing).

On the other hand, many people want to see PBF get beat. And many of those 'in the know' agree that Hatton is one of the few people with an effective style to defeat PBF. Whats more, it is one of the few fights within a realistic weight range pitting two top 10 P4P fighters against each other. So why anyone would not want to see this fight, or think that it 'shouldnt happen' is beyond me.

Do you not want to see the best take on the best?

PBF has sometimes gotten criticism for the people he has beat. Well if he boxes Hatton the critics woulndt be able to say anything. Hatton is highly rated by the ring magazines of this world and PBF would get credit.
Plus it would be an interesting fight, as well as the best taking on the best.
