Dana White said in an interview not too long ago that boxing is a one trick pony but it's the best one trick dammit.

im convicened you take any discent boxer train him a few weeks/months how to grapple and he'll thrash a mma fighter with mma rules...wlad klitchko would punch holes in tim slyvia or randy couture (ufc heavyweights) matt hughes fights at 170, any discent light heavyweight thrashes matt hughes

MMA tail grabbers always talking this ****... :wank:

Meanwhile, the pathetic coo-coo's can't take a punch for ****ing anything!!

I'm sick of hearing this garbage.

UFC is doing business for the same reasons everything else in popular culture is what it is right now.

The majority of participants in MMA are Caucasian.

That is it and that is all.

The funniest thing to me was watching guys like Tito Ortiz desperately going for the legs of his opponents after suffering KO's..

They'll start out fights on their feet and then immediately go for a takedown after taking a few light punches.

You can SEE the fear and discomfort they have fighting with their fists.

Any ***** can go for the legs. We all know this from our own experience.

And like I said - virtually none of these guys can take a punch.

                Not one decent punch.

.........So they say they would "win on the ground" because they have spent years learning how to twist somebody's arm or break it?..

                Gimme a ****ing break.

I know some 14 year old girls that would blank them 6-love, 6-love in tennis too. Goddamn clowns.. Standing and trading punches isn't something you can fake your way into - or out of!

Also, these MMA guys split wins and losses to the point it's virtually anybody's game - what the **** does that tell people????

Chuck Liddell himself exposes the joke that is UFC.

His right hand tells the tale.. The implications; em-barrassing.

****ing amin guy! You broke down UFC like I've never heard before. I would vote for this to be the most intelligent post of the year. Goddamn, you do know your logic. Ok, enough licking balls and btw I plan to copy and paste that post and save on my hardrive for future reference

No, their rednecks. Not Caucasion, it's like how black people don't like N#!@#!S(It's true chris rock even did a racial skit about it saying black people hate N-word.) and consider them a different race all together. White people have the same feud with Rednecks, we don't like them. Thats their sport

There is NOT more skill in boxing. To be an effective wrestler, you have to know many more moves than a boxer does. Often while supporting or moving the full weight of another man.

You want to escape a punch? Duck or take a step back.

You want to escape a bottom position? You need five or six coordinated moves.
