what are the chances that the war with lyakovich finished brewster and he gets blown out early and looks shot? is that a possibility?
Wladimir Klitschko vs. Lamon Brewster II

Wladimir’s biggest problem, it would seem, is that in order for him to beat Brewster, he will have to take at least in the neighborhood of 100 of those wicked shots in order to win, and there’s no way around it. Brewster doesn’t allow fighters to win without getting messy in the trenches with him, he just doesn’t. Wladimir, therefore, will have to trade and trade often regardless of how much he tries to avoid it. Thus, I predict Wladimir to get taken out by the mid to the late rounds, likely by 8th, after he Brewster catches up to him and unloads on him. It won’t be a one-punch knockout, but rather the result of one of Brewster’s 10-20 punch surges he makes, which will make it impossible for Wladimir to back away and escape all of them. Much like in his bout with Peter, where Wladimir kept backing up while Peter was constantly punching and moving forward, causing Wladimir to run out of real estate and back into the ropes, at which point he was knocked down by one of Peter’s shots, Brewster will do essentially the same thing.Comment

boxing2005 is on to something; if Brewster lands at roughly the same rate he did in the first fight, it doesn't add up to anywhere near the '100 wicked shots' this Streetpride fella suggests. Brewster only landed a few punches, and he isn't likely to land many more this time. He did nothing but cover up everytime Wlad threw.Comment

I think he is tougher then that. Look at his war with Meehan, his biggest wins(besides Wlad) went after that. But that's from purely physical standpoint.Comment

it looks unanimous that almost everyone expects wlad to ko brewster. i voted the same, i too think that wlad is going to ko brewster. i think brewster needed a tune up fight to get the ring rust off and to get his confidence back. the only chance brewster has is if he comes out gunning like he did against golota.
this to me is a dangerous fight for brewster and a careless move on the part of brewsters handlers. not only did brewster lose his last fight but he suffered a beating, although it was an exciting heavyweight fight (very rare these days), but he lost and he suffered a detached retina, and then he took off over a year now, and is stepping in against the number one heavyweight who has been active, still on top of his game, and has gotten better and become more patient.
brewster to me seems like a sacrificial lamb in this fight and risks getting hurt again, if not worse.
like i said the only chance brewster has is to come out guns blazin like he did against golota, other than that brewster is dead in the water and is being led to the slaughter.......................Comment

Brewster says he is in perfect health and well-rested, and will be in top form for this fight. I see no reason to not believe him - but if Wlad wins, there will be the usual discrediting from Kellerman and a few on this forum, saying Brewster is shot and all that, to take away the credit for Wlad's win.Comment

Dont take my opinion here to seriously, cause i havent seen there first fight in GOD knows how long.
But didnt Brewster go down in the 3rd or 4th round. Get up and seem to figure Wlad out later in that round. And started landing that left at will.
And then he caught him with that left badly enough that Wlad was stopped, right?
Or am i remember this fight completely incorrectly...Comment
