Most people, if they had to bet money, would bet money on him over Taylor, Hopkins, Wright etc

I got mad respect for him. Everyone wanted to see him fight a big fight and now that he's willing to go for guys like Taylor, Hopkins, Kessler etc.... no reason to question him I guess. He's also proven time and time again that he can throw his hands a lot too. His style is good for boxing. But for all the wins he does have, he sure hasn't been tested much.

What are you talking about? He's one of the great warriors and has had so many fights that were either almost 50/50 beforehand (Delaney, Sheika, Woodhall, Veit, Lacy) or close in the ring (Eubank, Reid, Woodhall, Brewer, Mitchell, Salem).

Calzaghe has the work-rate but his glass hands won't help much. He can't even ko anyone anymore because of his hands. If his hands weren't so glassy, Lacy would have tasted the floor.

(I accidently hit enter) The people you named are not bad fighters but not good enough for a guy who a lot of the tea drinkers think is great. When you are a champ you need to fight the best and he doesn't. To put it plainly he's a ***** who won't fight anyone big because they might take away his belt. He's a *****.

                He's fought everyone

By his resume, he's the greatest British fighter ever

The member who has been hardest on Joe Calzaghe, $iN, is now banned.

I have a lot of respect for Joe Calzaghe, although I didn't like his last voluntary defense choice (I'm referring to the mismatch with Peter Manfredo). I think his resume is great, he's fought a lot of good boxers over the years (all the best Super Middleweights except Kessler).

Ummm...I don't know if you were being serious. I hardly consider those tests dude. That almost sounds like some "Contender" **** to me. They may have been tests in the ring for him, but any boxing fan knows they aren't legit challenges to a champion.
